By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, submitting payment, participating in programming, or engaging with services offered through Reset Collective, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the No Refund Policy.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by Reset Collective.
Reset Collective reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel events, programming, services, speakers, facilitators, venues, offerings, or experiences at any time without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue limitations, public safety concerns, illness, emergencies, technical issues, or force majeure events.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reset Collective, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, partners, sponsors, and representatives shall not be held liable for: Any direct or indirect losses, Personal expenses incurred, Travel or accommodation costs, Loss of income or business opportunity, Emotional distress, Damages arising from event cancellations, postponements, scheduling changes, or inability to attend.
Participation in events, experiences, wellness programming, fitness activities, workshops, or activations is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
Reset Collective reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine eligibility for credits, transfers, exceptions, or alternative resolutions on a case-by-case basis.
By completing a purchase or registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Refund Policy and this Legal Disclaimer.
REFUND POLICY

Welcome to Reset Collective. By purchasing tickets, registering for events, booking services, or participating in any Reset Collective experiences, you agree to the following No Refund Policy.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Reset Collective are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless otherwise stated in writing.
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:, Event tickets, Workshops and classes, Wellness experiences, Community activations, Memberships, Sponsorships, Deposits and retainers, Digital productsConsulting or creative services
Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, ticket transfers may be permitted at the discretion of Reset Collective. Requests must be submitted in writing prior to the event date.
Reset Collective reserves the right to deny transfer requests.
Event Changes & Cancellations
Reset Collective reserves the right to:
Change event dates, times, locations, facilitators, speakers, vendors, or programming. Modify event experiences without notice. Postpone or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, weather, venue restrictions, low attendance, or force majeure events
In the event of a cancellation initiated by Reset Collective, participants may be offered: A credit toward a future event. A ticket transfer. Rescheduled attendance or another resolution determined solely by Reset Collective. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Late Arrivals & Non-Attendance
No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for: Failure to attend, Late arrivals, Scheduling conflicts, Personal circumstances, Travel delays, Illness, Weather-related personal travel issues.
Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Reset Collective to attempt resolution.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in denied future participation in Reset Collective events or services.
Policy Updates
Reset Collective reserves the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on the website.
