Welcome to Reset Collective. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reset Collective website, events, experiences, ticketing platforms, social media channels, memberships, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, registering for an event, purchasing a ticket, attending an experience, or engaging with Reset Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

About Reset Collective

Reset Collective is a wellness and experiential event platform focused on movement, wellbeing, social connection, recovery, and immersive wellness experiences.

Events may include but are not limited to:

Pilates and fitness classes, Wellness workshops, Breathwork and meditation, Guest speakers and panels, Recovery experiences, Sponsor activations, Product sampling, Mocktail and beverage experiences, Community and networking events, Campus wellness experiences.

 

Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

you are at least 18 years old or attending under the supervision or consent of a parent/legalguardian;you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; andall information provided by you is accurate and current.

Reset Collective reserves the right to refuse service, admission, or participation at its sole discretion.

 

Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Reset Collective provides wellness-related experiences for informational, recreational, and educational purposes only.

Our Services are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

Participation in physical activities, wellness programming, workshops, and experiences is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

You acknowledge and agree that:

you are responsible for consulting with a qualified medical professional before participating in physical activities;you understand the risks associated with fitness, wellness, and movement activities;you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

If you experience discomfort, dizziness, pain, injury, emotional distress, or other concerns during participation, you should immediately discontinue participation and seek appropriate assistance.

 

Assumption of Risk

By attending or participating in Reset Collective events or activities, you acknowledge that participation may involve risks including, but not limited to: physical injury; illness; emotional distress; allergic reactions; slips, falls, or accidents; equipment-related injuries; environmental conditions; interactions with other participants.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

 

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release and hold harmless Reset Collective, its founders, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, facilitators, sponsors, venues, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to: participation in events or activities; use of the website or Services; interactions with sponsors or vendors; product sampling or consumption; physical or emotional injury;property damage or loss.

Participation is entirely at your own risk.

 

Ticketing & Registration

All ticket purchases and registrations are subject to availability.

Reset Collective reserves the right to: modify event schedules; change facilitators or programming; substitute venues; cancel or postpone events; limit attendance; deny admission.

Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Proof of registration or identification may be required upon entry.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated: all ticket sales are final; refunds will not be issued for missed attendance, schedule conflicts, weather conditions, or personal circumstances.

If Reset Collective cancels an event and does not reschedule it, a refund or credit may be issued at Reset Collective’s discretion.

Processing fees charged by third-party ticketing providers may be non-refundable.

 

Photography & Media Release

By attending Reset Collective events or experiences, you acknowledge and agree that photography, video recording, livestreaming, and other media capture may occur.

You grant Reset Collective and its partners the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, voice, appearance, and participation in: marketing materials; social media; advertising campaigns; promotional videos; digital and print materials; and future event promotions.

No compensation shall be provided for such use.

If you do not wish to appear in media coverage, you must notify a Reset Collective representative in writing before the event begins.

Sponsor & Vendor Disclaimer

Reset Collective may feature sponsor activations, third-party products, product sampling, vendors, or wellness services.

Reset Collective does not guarantee or warrant: the effectiveness of third-party products or services; sponsor claims; product safety beyond applicable legal standards; individual wellness outcomes.

Participants are responsible for reviewing ingredients, warnings, and product information before consumption or use.

Code of Conduct

Reset Collective is committed to creating inclusive, respectful, and welcoming experiences.

By attending or participating, you agree to:, behave respectfully toward staff, facilitators, sponsors, and participants;, avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive conduct;, follow venue rules and staff instructions; respect event spaces and equipment.

Reset Collective reserves the right to remove participants without refund for behavior deemed inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.

Intellectual Property

All content associated with Reset Collective, including but not limited to: logos; branding; graphics; website content; event concepts; photography; videos; written materials; social media content; trademarks; is the property of Reset Collective or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Website Use

You agree not to: misuse the website or Services; attempt unauthorized access to systems; interfere with website functionality; upload harmful or malicious code;use the website for unlawful purposes.

Reset Collective reserves the right to restrict or terminate access at any time.

Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or participating in our events, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reset Collective shall not be liable for: indirect damages; incidental damages; consequential damages; lost profits; emotional distress; business interruption; data loss; personal injury; property damage.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the applicable event or service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reset Collective and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from: your participation; your conduct; your violation of these Terms; your misuse of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to Terms

Reset Collective reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Event Waiver Requirement

Certain Reset Collective events may require participants to complete additional liability waivers or venue-specific release forms before participation.

Failure to complete required waivers may result in denied participation without refund.

Campus & Institutional Events

For events hosted in partnership with colleges, universities, student unions, or institutions, participants may also be subject to: institutional policies; venue regulations; campus conduct guidelines; additional safety requirements.

Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable institutional policies.

Wellness & Fitness Participation Notice

Participants acknowledge that classes and experiences may include: reformer Pilates; mat Pilates; barre; stretching; mobility exercises; breathwork; meditation; wellness demonstrations; light physical movement.

Participants are solely responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to participate.

Reset Collective recommends participants consult a physician prior to engaging in any physical activity.

Food & Beverage Disclaimer

Food and beverages provided during events may contain allergens.

Reset Collective cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.

Participants with allergies or dietary concerns are responsible for exercising caution and reviewing ingredients prior to consumption.

Force Majeure

Reset Collective shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather; natural disasters; venue closures; public health emergencies; strikes; technical failures; acts of government; transportation disruptions.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Reset Collective regarding use of the Services and supersede any prior communications or agreements.
